Shipping policy

Your order will be shipped to the delivery address provided  by you during the order process. Oriental Niche is not responsible for any loss of products following shipment from the facilities of Oriental Niche or its agents or agents to the delivery address.

The delivery of the products is made through UPS & GLS Couriers . At the time of delivery, the delivery is made by the person in charge of UPS or GLS Courier  to the Buyer or the recipient of the Order, and the latter signs an acknowledgment of receipt. This acknowledgment of receipt proves the delivery by Oriental Niche and the receipt by the Buyer or the recipient of the Order of the ordered products. The delivery of the package itself cannot be challenged if the package appears to have been delivered, the computer system (print screen) of the carrier proving this fact. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, the Buyer agrees and empowers the carrier that, if the Buyer himself or the recipient of the delivery is not present at the address indicated for delivery, to deliver the package to any of the persons in his rooms.

The delivery time is between 3 and 5 working days for STANDARD selection and 1 and 2 days for EXPRESS selection
